Job Details

Leading a team of five members and ensuring their delivery of exceptional customer service to internal clients.
Supporting Senior Leaders by presenting a clear view of financials, interpreting results, offering solutions, and suggesting actions.
Overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, including profit planning, sales and direct margin forecasts, expense budgets, working capital, cash flow estimates, and sensitivity analysis.
Collaborating, facilitating, and spearheading the monthly financial close process with other accounting and finance leaders to ensure timely and accurate results, including key business drivers for CFO discussions.
Ensuring timely delivery of important quarter-end reports and analytics for Board of Directors (BOD) and Leadership meetings, Investor Relations activities, and quarterly earnings communication.
Continuously monitoring company performance against the annual plan and key quarterly forecasts.
Ensuring consistent and accurate financial information and analysis, such as sales, direct margin, volume/price impact, material inflation cost tracking, unit & share reporting, operating expenses, working capital, and bonus metrics.
Leading the development of tools and processes to enhance analytical capabilities, aiming to allocate more time to analysis rather than data gathering.
Responsible for financial modeling of M&A opportunities to optimize ROI through financial analysis of IRR, multiples, synergies, etc.
Preparing and analyzing essential competitor and external financial metrics and trends.
Developing presentations for use in leadership and BOD discussions.
Advising, consulting, and coordinating with key stakeholders across all functions.
Performing ad hoc analysis and participating in special projects as required.
