We are in search of a dynamic and visionary Director of Critical Care Services to join our esteemed medical organization. Responsibilities:
As the Permanent Director of Critical Care Services, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the Critical Care Unit, ensuring that the unit is functioning at its optimal level and adhering to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Critical Care Unit, aligning with the organization's overall strategic goals and vision.

3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

4. Lead and inspire a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, excellence, and compassionate care.

5. Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

6. Manage budget and resources for the Critical Care Unit, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care and integrate relevant changes in the unit’s operations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Director of Critical Care Services, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the medical industry, specifically within a Critical Care Unit.

2. A valid RN license.

3. Advanced nursing degrees (Masters degree in healthcare related field, BSN if Masters isn't MSN) are required.

4. Extensive experience in acute care settings.

5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals.

6. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies for patient care and unit operations.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.

8. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for Critical Care Units.

9. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in critical care.

10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
