  • 8+ years of formal Customer Success experience.

  • Manage the current team of 4 talented CSM's. Making sure deadlines are met, deliverables are delivered, and work is being completed. Please highlight your people leadership experience.

  • You'll own the engagement of our clients. From initial contact post-sale to onboarding, training, and customer journey. You'll have the ability to impact every step of the process.

  • We want you to be a thought leader. Our industry/ application is niche so we can arm you with enough history, and content to be the face of our customers and industry!
