Director of Data Management

The Heart & Science of Healthcare. We use depth of scientific processes and analytical capabilities to focus on the patients who do not get the right support structures in the current healthcare system and will deliver savings through reduced hospitalizations, readmissions, utilization, and lower-cost care delivery platforms. We are growing and looking for a Director of Data Management to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development and execution of data management strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Design and implement data models, database designs, data access, and data table maintenance rules.
• Oversee the data lifecycle, including data acquisition, data quality management, data governance, and data reporting.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Power BI and Tableau to generate insightful reports and visualizations for decision-making.
• Implement and manage EHR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data management processes, data dictionaries, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data usage improvement and implement data management best practices.
• Ensure data security and privacy by implementing appropriate measures and controls.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the data management team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on healthcare data and EHR systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau. Eclinical works is a PLUS Strong excel!
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data quality management, and data governance.
• Experience in designing and implementing data management systems and processes.
• Knowledge of data security standards and regulations in the healthcare sector.
