Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Global Commercialization to join our global pharmaceutical company. This is a full-time position that requires 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercialization strategies from phase II through product launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Global Commercialization will be responsible for developing and executing global commercialization strategies for our products. This will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute global forecasts, NPV analyses, and other financial models to support commercialization decisions.
  • Collaborating with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, manufacturing quality, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and post-launch activities.
  • Developing and executing global marketing and sales strategies to maximize product revenue and market share.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform commercialization strategies and tactics.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on commercialization.
  • Strong understanding of global commercialization processes, including phase II through product launch and post-launch activities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with global forecasts, NPV analyses, and other financial models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Experience with regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and manufacturing quality preferred.
