Director of IT Audit Advisory Services (PCAOB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

We're hiring a full-time, remote Director for our IT Audit Advisory Services team in the U.S. As the Director, you'll consult with our clients on various aspects of audit quality improvement and regulatory compliance, including:

Strengthening compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act, PCAOB, SEC, and professional standards.
Assisting with the PCAOB regulatory process, including inspection, remediation, and enforcement.
Reviewing audit quality documentation and work papers.
Evaluating quality control structures and their impact on audit quality.
Advising on changes to enhance quality control structures.
Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports to clients.
Conducting research, consulting, and advising on auditing matters.
Developing and leading training courses.
Contributing to business development and thought leadership efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Current CPA license.
Minimum 2 years of PCAOB inspection experience.
Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience, preferably at the Senior Manager or Manager level.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA/Master's is a plus.
Expertise in PCAOB auditing and quality control standards.
Proficiency in US GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is desired.
Strong MS Office skills.
Occasional travel required.
Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
