Job Details
- Responsible for the direction of hospice clinical services
- Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services
- Oversee patient clinical records to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Travel is required to and from patient's home when supervision of care is scheduled
- Provide supervision to clinical staff
- Chart audits
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed by the state practicing
- 2+ years of nursing experience in home hospice care
- Business management, governmental regulations, and ACHC standards knowledge needed
