As the Director of Nursing, you won't just have a job; you'll have a calling to impact vulnerable youth. Here's what you'll do:

Qualifications:

Education: Preferred BSN with <3 years of nursing experience.
Licensure/Certification: Current MA RN license in good standing.
Experience: 3+ years in a similar setting with supervisory and management functions.
Preferred Skills: Training, residential care, or working with at-risk youth. Strong communication skills are a must.
