Responsibilities include:

• agency production calendar oversight
• client project management oversight
• workflow oversight - tracking Creative time and reporting
• process and key document oversight/adherence
• partnering with Brand Management and Accounting to track and support annual scope of work and forecasting of labor
• manage client/account budgets
• deliver weekly status and report publishing
• resolve conflicts through creative problem solving
