Responsibilities:
  • Brand and category builder – you’ve been there, done that and executed a winning brand strategy that delivered value
  • Brand strategy and management – develop brand vision and implement positioning, expression, training, and engagement programs to drive inspiration, understanding and compliance. Inspire every employee in their responsibilities as our brand ambassadors.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and communications strategies that tell our innovation story and impact to humanity.
  • Work closely with the business press, trade, and other press types through various information sharing strategies, such as press releases, bylined articles, media outreach, LinkedIn Live, video assets, and more;
  • Shape the reputation of C-suite executives via placement and preparation for external opportunities outside of the press (panels, keynotes, earned/sponsored speaking events).
  • Partner with internal and agency resources to execute end-to-end marcom workflow including positioning, messaging, market research, creative concepts, brand and campaign books, content strategy, asset production, content approval processes and campaign deployment in paid, earned, shared and owned channels
  • Seeking new and alternative places where we can share our stories of transformation and impact.
  • Support and engage our customers and influencers as advocates for our story – build advocacy globally for company leadership.
  • Managing an organic social media strategy for branded handles across all platforms through a proactive (owned) editorial calendar, community management, and rapid response.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to influence, leverage, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
  • Data and metrics drive, with deep analytical skills that deliver insights, when applied continuously improve our communications impact, brand awareness and growth.
  • Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of prior experience in a brand and corporate communications role.
  • Proven experience working with media, bloggers, and industry influencers, especially in a technology segment(semiconductor is ideal)
  • Strong storytelling abilities - From the use case or customer perspective.
  • Experience in helping high-growth companies navigate a variety communications situations.
  • A proven track record of advancing groundbreaking communication narratives through thought leadership, and long form content.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, communications trends, and business skills.
  • Be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English Literature or Communications is preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Genuine desire to drive growth mindset and develop leaders
  • Exceptional leadership skills, highly collaborative and creative thinker, with a bias toward action
  • Ability and experience communicating to a wide range of constituents across functions, organizational levels, and cultures; proven experience leading through influence in a matrix
organization - working with both global and local organizations.
  • Willingness to be deep in the details while also being able to create and communicate higher level strategy
  • Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch.
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to roll-up their sleeves and get things done.
  • Exceptional written, presentation and oral communication skills
