Our progressive Engineering firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Dispatch/Service Coordinator to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As a Dispatch/Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating our field operations, scheduling services, and ensuring the smooth running of our dispatching processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and dispatch field service personnel in response to customer requests and needs.
  • Manage and maintain service schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication between customers, field staff, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and track field operations, providing real-time updates and reports to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all service orders and work reports.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, procedures, and overall service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
  • Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Strong knowledge of field service management and field operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of field service management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
