Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch field service personnel in response to customer requests and needs.
- Manage and maintain service schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication between customers, field staff, and internal teams.
- Monitor and track field operations, providing real-time updates and reports to management.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all service orders and work reports.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, procedures, and overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
- Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, and dispatching.
- Strong knowledge of field service management and field operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in the use of field service management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
