Division Controller

Located in Houston, TX, we are a leading manufacturing company that is looking for a Division Controller that is responsible for the Division’s finance function, providing financial input into strategy and project planning. This is an in office position.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for producing the monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting and annual statutory reporting
• Monitor progress achieved and provide insight and analysis into performance. Identify issues and advise management on action plans
• Translate strategy into business plans and establish agreed measurable targets. Lead the business planning and forecasting for the Division
• Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures
• Actively manage cash flows with the Group Financial Controller and proactively manage levels of Net Working Capital within the Division

Requirements:
Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• CPA or CMA required
• 8+ years of accounting and financial leadership experience
• Understand cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Strong financial reporting skills, preferably with SQL experience
• Experience with banking relationships
