Job Description:

• Lead/manage Estimating Department of 4 Estimators, assign/direct all estimates, final review bids, proposals, ensure bid deadlines/accuracy/quality, enforce/improve company policies/procedures, and maintain a good bid to win ratio
• Project coordination/award/hand-off, pricing, rates, maintain bid competitive edge, client/GC/sub relationships, business development, negotiations, contracts, drawings/specs, scheduling, and department coordination/training
• Projects include commercial, K-12/higher-education, retail, multi-family/mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, TIs, offices, and entertainment facilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Senior or Chief Estimator on drywall projects
• Prefer experience leading other Estimators
• Experience estimating with OST
• Successful estimating track record while meeting bid deadlines
• Knowledge of industry quality standards, building codes, and pricing
