Looking for someone with 3+ years of E-Discovery experience using Relativity on the BACK END.

EDiscovery professional with experience in Relativity processing, imaging, productions, delimited data loads, and workspace maintenance. Working knowledge of Relativity, NUIX, LAW, UltraEdit, Beyond Compare, and Bulk Rename.

The E-Discovery Litigation Support Specialist will assist with the development of internal e‐discovery strategy,
to drive efficiency and consistency across matters and to serve as internal expert working across
all matters.

The E-Discovery Litigation Support Specialist will work closely with internal and external legal and
IT teams and have overall accountability for e‐discovery quality, process, protocols, and cost.
The ideal candidate will be team oriented, collegial, and collaborative, which are “must have” qualities for
applicants, in addition to a proven track record of expertise with the following duties and skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements,
and goals in order to develop and implement project plans, including processing, hosting
platform imports and document production.
 Coordinate appropriate workflow tasks including data management, processing, production,
and quality control.
 Work with a variety of litigation support technologies including: Relativity and Concordance,
as well as others such as Nuix, IPRO eCapture, LAW PreDiscovery, Venio, etc. as necessary.
 Document and execute electronic processing tasks based on instructions.
 Load file creation and modification support.
 Receive, inventory, and make available for processing electronic data from legal team.
 Analyze reports and conduct exceptions to ensure final product quality.
 Support implementation and operations management best practices, while taking ownership
of tasks and/or project work streams and guiding more junior professionals.
 Support and/or lead work streams on engagements related but not limited to operations and
maintenance, help desk operations, software and application development and
maintenance, financial operations, and project and acquisition management.
 Assist in the maintenance of project tracking documents.
 Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
 Prepare data deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
 Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience may substitute for degree.
  • Certificate in e‐discovery program.
  • Five or more years of experience in a similar training role within a law firm.
