• Current and Recognized Echocardiographer
• Current RDCS, RCS
• BLS
• Graduated from an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology
• 4 10 hour shifts
• Call: 1 weekend call every 6 weeks

Day to Day includes but is not limited to:

• Utilize color-flow duplex ultrasound to produce ultrasound images and related data.
• Set up, operate, maintain and clean equipment
• Frequently move and adjust testing equipment to optimize results
• Prepare patient for examination including but not limited to:
• explain the examination
• have patient change clothing
• adjust examination table
• Perform diagnostic cardiac procedures by producing, assessing and evaluating ultrasound images and related data.
• Determine priority for requested impatient and/or outpatient studies and revise schedules as needed
