Job Details
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize strong client liaison skills in developing working relationships with clients and vendors
- Develop sound business improvements and act as the interface between the staff, outside clients, vendors, and IT department
- Proactively monitor the applications to recommend improvements and ways to increase efficiency in process
- Responsible for the development and/or maintenance of thorough system related documentation
- Provide assistance to other Analysts and other team members as necessary.
- Encourage, assist and foster development of co-workers’ skills and proficiency
- Participate in ongoing Quality Improvement efforts
- Oversight of externally and internally sourced data management
- Works closely with applications team to ensure accurate collecting and recording of data
- Updating and reporting relevant results to stakeholders
- Maintains Customer satisfaction up to and including taking complaints and communicating with staff that are struggling with Health Applications or other IT Software
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Analyze and resolve issues encountered by the end-users during any implementation/new release and coordinate remediation with vendor, supervisor, or other staff
- Receives and performs work order tickets from Service Desk staff, project manager, and/or supervisor. Ensures all issues are reported, tracked, and completed within a ticket/work order based application.
- Maintains strict confidentiality, safeguards protected health information (PHI), and reports disclosures appropriately.
- May require some direction from vendors and supervisor to resolve routine applications issues
- May be cross-trained to perform job functions as staffing needs dictate.
- Provides coverage for other team members, when necessary.
- Effective communication at all levels in the organization with strong oral, written and negotiation skills
- Complies with and ensures annual trainings protocols are followed regarding workplace safety procedures
- May work with a team to schedule and deliver on Integration and projects
- May work in high-stress situations where immediate action may be required
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Required Skills and Education
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Eclinicalworks
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records Systems specifically eClinicalWorks
- Must have strong analytical skills and data entry
- Process/procedure development, implementation and improvement skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, test new features, and support users
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills up to and including end users and vendors
- Strong desktop skills including Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Ability to create data mapping of EHR data to our application
- Ability to coordinate activities involving multiple players, including subject matter experts, developers, and end users, to design, configure, and test interface
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionality to resolve complex issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of internal and external audiences
- Experience in primary care practices or outpatient/ambulatory care
