We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Instructor to join our vocational training college. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in electrical theory, applications, and practical skills. As an Electrical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students pursuing careers in electrical trades. You will play a key role in preparing our students for industry certification exams and successful entry into the workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver curriculum in accordance with program goals and objectives.
• Conduct lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions in electrical theory, installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Provide individualized instruction and mentoring to students to support their learning and skill development.
• Create and administer assessments and exams to evaluate student progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized learning environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical trades.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance program effectiveness and student success.
• Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.
