Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a PE license in Florida;
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial building inspections;
A Level II Thermography certificate (ASNT);
Efficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Risa 3D, Solid Works, MS Office, electrical engineering design & analysis software;
Ability to write and articulate analyses, consolidate others’ findings and evaluate facts & recommendations;
Knowledge of local, state, federal laws, codes, and other statutory requirements affecting electrical engineering design;
Knowledge of related architectural and engineering fields and associated impacts as related to electrical engineering design;
Knowledge of and full compliance with Safety Policy and Guidance and use of personal protective equipment;
Fast-learning, superb communication and client relationship management;
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing pressure environment;
Strong time management and focus on fundamentals & technical writing;
