We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for electrical work and experience in commercial and industrial projects. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical estimating process for our projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team and clients to ensure that all electrical projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate electrical estimates
• Prepare and submit proposals and bids to clients
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
• Manage and coordinate the electrical estimating process with the project team
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor and subcontractor bids
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
• Participate in project meetings to provide input and support to the project team
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of electrical costs and pricing

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior electrical estimating in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and materials
• Experience in commercial and industrial projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electrical estimating software
