We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Project Manager for Electrical Construction in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical construction, project management, commercial construction, electrical contracting, commercial electric, warehouse construction, and commercial construction. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure project compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for projects
• Manage project change orders and ensure timely completion of projects
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure that project goals are achieved on time and within budget
• Mentor and train junior project managers and team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, electrical contracting, and warehouse construction
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
