Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Trade Manager to oversee and manage electrical operations within our construction and manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and team leadership, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations. This role involves collaborating with engineers, project managers, and tradespeople to maintain quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage electrical trade teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

Oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across various projects.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to streamline workflows and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to guide electrical work.

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Manage procurement and inventory of electrical materials and equipment.

Develop and implement training programs for electrical team members to enhance skill sets and safety awareness.

Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to electrical systems.

Qualifications & Skills:
Extensive experience in electrical trade management, preferably in a construction or modular manufacturing setting.

Licensed electrician or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical systems.

Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices.

Experience working with blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Experience with industrial or commercial electrical systems.

Background in lean manufacturing or modular construction is a plus.
