We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Electrocoat Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operation and maintenance of the electrocoat line process, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
2. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrocoat equipment, identifying and rectifying any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement corrective actions.
5. Maintain accurate and timely records of line process data, including process parameters, equipment status, and product quality.
6. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and quality standards.
7. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrocoating processes.


Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrocoat Technician or in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
2. Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing electrocoat line processes.
3. Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of electrocoating principles, equipment, and materials.
4. Proficient in using various tools and equipment used in electrocoating processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and convey complex technical information clearly.
7. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
