Electronic Medical Records Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electronic Medical Records Analyst to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and possess a strong understanding of eClinicalWorks, web-based applications, EMR, and CRM workflows.

This is an onsite position in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities:

As an Electronic Medical Records Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting in-depth analysis of electronic health records and identifying areas for improvement
• Submitting/Resolving tickets to troubleshoot issues with ECW
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of health record systems
• Developing and maintaining documentation related to health record systems, including workflows, policies, and procedures
• Providing training and support to end-users on the use of electronic health record systems
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to electronic health records
• Monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic health record analysis
• Strong understanding of eClinicalWorks, web-based applications, EMR, and CRM workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to electronic health records
