Employment Attorney

We are a multi-state firm focused on employee retention! We have many industry sectors and a ton or room for professional growth. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Attorney to join our legal team. As a Permanent Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients on a variety of corporate law matters. You will be working closely with our clients to help them navigate complex legal issues related to employment and labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on legal issues related to federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex legal issues
• Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date on changes in corporate law
• Represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings
• Work closely with other members of the legal team to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
• 3+ years of experience practicing employment law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
