• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to California State Bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage cases or transactions independently.
• Strong litigation or transactional experience, depending on the practice area.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining the highest professional standards.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes or transactional achievements.
