Requirements:

• Labor & Employment attorney with 3-6 years of sophisticated law firm experience in California courts.
• Experience either with a large firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique firm.
• Experience with Employment law of the defense/employer side.
• Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• This position has the potential of a partnership track and provides an excellent compensation and benefits package.
• J.D. Required.
• Passed California State Bar Exam.
