The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling employment cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination and wage and hour matters, and have had first-chair experience handling employment jury and/or court trials. Solid law school and professional credentials required. Business litigators with first-chair trial experience, particularly in employment cases, will also be considered.
