We are seeking an Engineering Manager to serve as the liaison between engineering and manufacturing. You will ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing and provide ongoing engineering feedback based on production experiences.

Responsibilities include:

Facilitating communication between engineering and manufacturing
Driving continuous improvements in methods and equipment
Managing equipment needs, specifications, procurement, and installation
Supporting new product launches and production optimization
Updating plant layouts and workflows
Defining automation plans
Leading jig, tooling, and equipment schedules
Working cross-functionally to implement robust processes

Requirements:

5+ years in AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING engineering
Experience with CAD, quality control, project management
Leadership abilities and technical expertise
Excellent communication and presentation aptitude
Adaptable, innovative, analytical work style
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
Knowledge of APQP, Lean, documentation processes
Some domestic and international travel required
