We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in the metal stamping industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a focus on stamping, AutoCAD, Shopview, design, and manufacturing processes. The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the engineering team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier results and the constant improvement of our systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a focus on stamping, AutoCAD, Shopview, design, and manufacturing processes. The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the engineering team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier results and the constant improvement of our systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure the achievement of departmental and company objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in stamping, AutoCAD, Shopview, and design to oversee and manage projects from conception to completion.
- Generate BOMs and perform calculation documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their engineering needs and provide innovative, effective solutions.
- Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
- Participate in budget development and oversight, effectively allocating resources to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering management role, preferably in the Mortgage industry.
- Proven experience with stamping, AutoCAD, Shopview, design, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to generate BOMs and perform calculation documentation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely, high-quality completion.
- Solid understanding of industry standards and regulations, with a commitment to upholding these in all engineering processes and projects.
