What You’ll Do:
🔹 Engage with Patients – Educate and guide hospital patients on HIPP, ensuring they understand and enroll in this vital program.
🔹 Advocate & Assist – Gather necessary documentation, liaise with hospital staff, and navigate healthcare benefits to support patients.
🔹 Problem-Solve & Coordinate – Work with employers, insurance providers, and Medicaid to ensure seamless enrollment and continued coverage.
🔹 Leverage Technology – Utilize cutting-edge software and Apple devices to manage patient cases efficiently.
What We Are Looking For:
✔ Education: Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology
✔ Experience: 2-3+ years in a hospital or patient-related role preferred.
✔ Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a "can-do" mindset.
✔ Availability: Ability to be onsite with a flexible schedule to accommodate patients.
✔ Compliance: Must pass hospital credentialing (vaccines, drug & alcohol testing).
✔ Medicaid Knowledge: Experience with PA Medicaid preferred.
Please note: This position is working on-site at a local hospital. As such, you will be required 1. to stay up-to-date on all vaccines, including FLU and COVID, and 2. pass a background check.
