We are seeking an Enterprise Architect Consultant in Palmdale, CA area (hybrid position). This is a 4-month contract opportunity with additional consulting work in the future to analyze and assist with the IT Strategic Plan.

Responsibilities:
IT Strategic Planning: Evaluate IT services, develop a Service Catalog, perform SWOT analysis, and assess technical debt and governance structures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews and workshops, build trust, and translate input into actionable insights.
Future Vision: Define a vision for IT modernization, develop a governance framework, and establish KPIs.
AI-Driven Efficiency: Use AI tools for documentation, data analysis, and creating reports. Implement AI-assisted dashboards.
Communication: Develop executive presentations and participate in review sessions.
Qualifications:
Required: 8+ years in enterprise IT architecture, IT strategy, or IT governance. Experience with IT strategic plans for public sector clients. Expertise in ITSM, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Proficiency with AI-driven tools.
Preferred: Familiarity with municipal IT governance, Smart City initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Understanding of IT project management methodologies.
