Primary Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Conduct complex tax research and planning
• Provide outside CFO services
• Develop and cultivate long-term professional client relationships
• Assist partners and senior leaders with generating new business opportunities to build client networks and relationships
• Develop, supervise, and mentor staff
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback
• Continue professional development though ongoing education

Requirements

• BA or BS Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
• CPA license or CPA candidate committed to certification (financial assistance provided)
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a rapidly growing, interactive, team-oriented environment
• Client-focused with a desire and willingness to learn
• Strong leadership, recruiting, training, mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and computer skills
• Proficiency in accounting software including CCH Prosystems Tax, QuickBooks, Sage, Excel
