- Manage all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, redemptions, and cancellations, ensuring they are accurately processed in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders, responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare ad-hoc deliverables for shareholders, such as equity summaries, option exercise previews, transaction histories, etc.
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills, particularly in navigating detailed system-generated source reports, downloading and manipulating data, and Excel.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a high level of service to shareholders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in navigating detailed system-generated source reports, downloading and manipulating data, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with shareholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of equity transactions, including grants, exercises, redemptions, and cancellations is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a strong team player.
