You will be the first point of contact for shareholders, providing them with timely and professional responses to their inquiries. Additionally, you will prepare ad-hoc deliverables for shareholders, such as equity summaries, option exercise previews, transaction histories, and more.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, redemptions, and cancellations, ensuring they are accurately processed in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders, responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare ad-hoc deliverables for shareholders, such as equity summaries, option exercise previews, transaction histories, etc.
  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills, particularly in navigating detailed system-generated source reports, downloading and manipulating data, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a high level of service to shareholders.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in navigating detailed system-generated source reports, downloading and manipulating data, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with shareholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of equity transactions, including grants, exercises, redemptions, and cancellations is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a strong team player.
