Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust
• Experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations
• Experience with taking and defending depositions
• Drafting discovery and contractual agreements.
• Trial experience is desired
• Juris Doctorate - California Bar membership - Civil litigation and insurance defense experience
