Job Details
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Advise clients on estate strategies, tax minimization, and charitable giving
- Guide clients through probate and estate administration
- Assist fiduciaries in asset valuation, debt payment, and property distribution
- Represent clients in estate litigation matters, including will contests and fiduciary disputes
- Ensure compliance with applicable estate and trust laws
Looking For:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with a focus on estate planning and administration
- Experience with drafting wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
- Strong background in estate and trust administration, including probate
- Proven ability to advise clients on estate strategy and manage sensitive estate matters
