Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to review their legal matter.
  • Conduct estate planning document reviews and signing appointments.
  • Draft and file estate planning documents, probate forms, deeds, and numerous types of business agreements.
  • Correspond with clients regarding the status of their matter.
  • Occasionally travel to the courthouse for filings, research, or sporadic hearings.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in estate planning.
  • Admitted to practice in North Carolina is required. South Carolina is preferred.
  • Excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills.
  • Willingness to be active with bar associations and networking groups.
