We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Estate Planning Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will assist our attorneys in all aspects of estate planning and probate administration. This includes preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and interacting with clients and court officials. The candidate must have a strong understanding of estate planning, trusts, probate, and wills.


  • Assist attorneys in the preparation and execution of wills, trusts, probate documents, and other estate planning documents.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various estate planning and probate matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals.
  • Coordinate and manage estate planning and probate processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the management of client files and records, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide notary services as needed.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing input and assistance as needed.
  • Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to estate planning and probate.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on estate planning and probate.
  • A Paralegal certificate or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing, with a strong understanding of estate planning, trusts, probate, and wills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and other legal professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Notary Public certification is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other legal professionals.
