About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join our legal team in Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with asset inventories and beneficiary designations.
  • Coordinate document execution and notarization.
  • Maintain client files and manage case deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and court personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on estate planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida probate and trust laws.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
