We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate & Trust Attorney to join our legal team. As a Permanent Estate & Trust Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to estate planning, trust and estate planning, estate settlement, trust administration, fiduciary, trust and estate law, Estate and Trust, Family Law, and other related areas.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on estate planning, trust and estate planning, estate settlement, trust administration, fiduciary, trust and estate law, Estate and Trust, Family Law, and other related areas.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to estate and trust matters.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on tax planning and asset protection strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in estate and trust laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate planning, estate settlement, trust administration, fiduciary, trust and estate law, Estate and Trust, Family Law, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong client service skills.
