We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Estates & Trusts Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to estates, trusts, wills, fiduciary, probate, and power of attorney. Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Advising clients on estate and trust administration matters, including probate and fiduciary duties
- Conducting legal research and analysis on complex estate and trust issues
- Representing clients in court proceedings related to estate and trust disputes
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
- Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives to grow the firm's estate planning practice
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
- 2+ years of experience in estate planning and administration, including drafting wills and trusts, probate, and fiduciary duties
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of providing exceptional legal services to clients
