This position will be based out of Tuscon AZ. We will relocate great candidates.

General Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters and staff
• Oniste reviews, walkthroughs with insurance adjustors
• Write up scpoe of work and estimates
• Ensure all jobs are completed complet and safe
• Work with superintendents coordinating permits, staffing, materials etc.
• Ensure projects are on track in both timeline and budget
• Assist with orders, complete approvals, and upload paperwork for accurate billing
• Manage change orders

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• Project Management background within the Restoration Industry
• Strong leadership skills to achieve company goals
• Knowledge and use of Xactimate
• IICRC WRT certification preferred
• Experience managing cost controls, budgeting, and forecasting
