Looking for a Construction Estimator to join their Estimating/Pre-Construction department that has experience with general contractor that specializes in interiors.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Construction Management or similar field
Must possess a minimum of 3 years prior experience with a general contractor that specializes in interiors is required
Prior experience with both interiors and base building estimating is required
Demonstrated experience with take offs and subcontractor negotiations
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience with vendors and being able to plan, scope and manage multiple bids at once
Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, On Screen Take Off, and Bluebeam
