We are a leading mechanical contracting firm founded in Atlanta, Georgia with a strong history of repeat business across the South & Southeast.

• Develop Conceptual Solutions: Take on the challenge of developing conceptual solutions for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing upgrades, showcasing your technical expertise

• Design Support: Offer design-build or design-assist customer support as needed, with opportunities to work on both plans and specs projects

• Budget Preparation: Collaborate with existing and new clients to prepare budgets for equipment upgrades, serving as a trusted advisor in the process

• Financial Management: Ensure that the necessary financial support is in place to complement project proposals and drive success

• Market Awareness: Stay informed about the competitive environment in the design-build and replacement marketplace

• Supplier Relationships: Build strong relationships with supplier partners and subcontractors, leveraging these connections to our advantage

• Proposal Development: Create technical and non-technical proposals and confidently present them to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanical systems, coupled with business development experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with the ability to develop technical expertise (preferred)
• Estimating Experience: A few years of mechanical estimating experience to excel in project planning and execution.
• Certifications (Preferred): Industry-related certifications such as LEED AP, CEM, or PEM are preferred but not required
• Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to understand blueprints, drawings, specifications, and codes to ensure accurate project execution
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated skills, experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and the ability to interpret computerized cost data
• Client Management: Proven client management skills, including the ability to manage customer relationships, perceptions, and expectations to achieve project success
