We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating commercial construction projects, creating and submitting bids, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will be working with a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements and identify potential issues
• Create and submit bids for projects using bid2win software
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Review and analyze project costs to identify areas for cost savings and recommend solutions to reduce costs
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs using Sage Timberline and PlanSwift software
• Participate in meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to discuss project requirements, progress, and issues
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction costs, materials, and labor rates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of estimating software, including bid2win, Sage Timberline, and PlanSwift
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
