Are you passionate about construction and looking to put your estimating skills to the test? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on a variety of high-profile projects in the construction industry, with a particular focus on high voltage, substation, distribution, and transmission projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in high voltage, substation, distribution, and transmission projects.
• Proficient with estimating software such as Accubid and EBM.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, as well as the ability to understand and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
