Are you a seasoned professional with a keen eye for detail, a knack for accurate forecasting, and a passion for the construction industry? We are seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the overall success of our projects, working closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver precise cost estimates and contribute to the strategic planning of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your knowledge and skills to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, from the initial conceptual phase through to the final design.
• Conduct thorough risk analysis to identify potential issues and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and submit competitive project bids, ensuring all proposals accurately reflect the scope and costs of the project.
• Use Onscreen Take-Off software to extract project data and generate precise, reliable estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and develop accurate cost projections.
• Regularly review and update cost databases and pricing models to reflect current market trends and company costs.
• Present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders, providing clear explanations and answering any questions they may have.
• Participate in project meetings, offering your expertise and insights to support decision-making and project planning.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role.
• Proven expertise in Project Estimation, Construction Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Project Bidding.
• Proficiency in using Onscreen Take-Off software or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce precise, reliable estimates.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals, contributing your expertise and insights to support project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
