Candidate must possess the professional experience and acumen to enhance and elevate our current success by conceptualizing unique, bold and vibrant dishes. Your fervent genius for the trade represented in every dish and every bite. Must be committed to sourcing local, organic and sustainable provisions when possible.

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
  • Superior culinary skills and high standards of excellence
  • Experienced in cost control with both Food and Labor
  • Ability to produce consistent and high-quality product
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations conforming to all standards and regulations
  • Positive and professional interactions with team and guests
  • Knowledge and experience of Mexican Cuisine
  • Bilingual a plus
