Facility Manager

• Advise the Project team of any issues they foresee during the transition
• As equipment is put into operation this person will with the help of the Project Team create and maintain the equipment following the manufactures recommend preventative schedules.
• Create Preventative schedule for maintaining the building, its infrastructure, and Utilities.
• Develop and maintain an aggressive housekeeping system and procedures within the unit to promote maximum efficiency, productivity and safe work environment.
• Train employees on the boiler system and advise management on cost saving in the operation of the facility.
• Accurately complete all administrative documents associated with unit vacation scheduling, attendance verification, payroll and disciplinary actions or discussions in a timely manner and in accordance with the current labor agreement and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in facilities management
• Experience with use and maintenance of boiler operations
