To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
4. Proven experience in litigation and mediation.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
6. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of complex information.
7. Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients.
8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
9. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
10. A commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to all clients.
