Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including child custody, child support, high net worth divorce, and domestic violence.
• Conduct thorough case analysis to identify issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiation sessions.
• Collaborate with clients and other professionals to ensure cases are effectively managed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and related areas.
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical codes of conduct.
• Contribute to business development activities, including networking and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, with a focus on child custody, child support, high net worth divorce, and domestic violence.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with varying levels of complexity.
